In this role, youll work 37.5 hours each week, delivering comprehensive school-based SLP support in accordance with best practices and educational guidelines. While specific caseload details will be shared as you come onboard, you can look forward to making a measurable impact on a diverse group of students, partnering with educators and families to help each child reach their fullest potential.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the state of Virginia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience (or readiness) to provide services in school settings
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain required records
