This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality speech therapy and mentoring the next generation of clinicians.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC) for California
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based SLP experience within California
- At least 1 year of SEIS platform experience required
- Experience supervising SLPAs and working with facilitators is preferred
- Capacity to efficiently handle high caseloads, manage referrals, and adapt to dynamic environments
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not mandatory
- Open to SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs); SLPAs are not eligible
- Comfortable working onsite (virtual/remote options not available)
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication services to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct assessments, write IEPs, and participate actively in IEP meetings
- Oversee and support SLPAs (where applicable) to ensure best practices in therapy delivery
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and collaborate with educators, staff, and families
- Address a high volume of referrals and manage a full-time caseload of 37.5 hours per week
