Job Description

This full-time, full school year contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for working in schools and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current California SLP credential (CCC required for non-CFs)
  • Two or more years of school-based SLP experience in California
  • At least one year of experience using SEIS (Special Education Information System)
  • Experience supervising SLPAs and working with facilitators is highly valued
  • Proven skill managing high caseloads and responding to referral needs
  • Bilingual proficiency is a bonus, with differentiated compensation for bilingual skills
  • Open to SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs); SLPAs not eligible for this role

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to a primarily elementary caseload of 60-65 students, including 25-30 speech only students
  • Supervise, mentor, and support SLPAs as needed
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress utilizing SEIS
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
  • Effectively balance a robust caseload, ensuring timely and quality service delivery
