This full-time, full school year contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for working in schools and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Qualifications:
- Current California SLP credential (CCC required for non-CFs)
- Two or more years of school-based SLP experience in California
- At least one year of experience using SEIS (Special Education Information System)
- Experience supervising SLPAs and working with facilitators is highly valued
- Proven skill managing high caseloads and responding to referral needs
- Bilingual proficiency is a bonus, with differentiated compensation for bilingual skills
- Open to SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs); SLPAs not eligible for this role
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct speech and language services to a primarily elementary caseload of 60-65 students, including 25-30 speech only students
- Supervise, mentor, and support SLPAs as needed
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress utilizing SEIS
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Effectively balance a robust caseload, ensuring timely and quality service delivery

- Pay for this role is $65/hr for monolingual SLPs and $71/hr for bilingual SLPs.
