Job Description

Take your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a supportive educational environment working with a diverse pediatric population. Qualifications and Experience

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current, active state licensure/certification as an SLP
  • Experience providing pediatric speech therapy services in school settings
  • Comfortable working with students from early childhood (Pre-K) through Grade 12
  • Strong assessment, IEP development, and intervention planning skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Experience with a caseload spanning Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School students is highly desirable

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough speech/language evaluations for students referred for services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy for a diverse pediatric caseload
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to foster student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in alignment with school policies
  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
