Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school-based setting, serving preK through 8th-grade students
- Flexible, collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to students speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to foster communication success in the classroom and beyond
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide clear, informative reports
- Implement culturally responsive and inclusive therapy approaches
