Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in an elementary school environment. This contract position offers the chance to impact young learners' communication skills, working in a dynamic and supportive educational setting in the Fremont, CA area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students in school-based settings.
  • Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress.
  • Provide teletherapy services as needed to enhance access and continuity of care.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with educational and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices and procedures.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Position Details:

  • Location: Fremont, CA (Elementary School)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week
  • Contract Term: Non-school year (NSY)
