Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible licensure as an SLP in Virginia
• SLP-CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in working in school settings (K-12)
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a positive, student-centered approach

Duties include:

• Conducting assessments, developing, and implementing IEPs for students with speech/language needs
• Delivering direct therapy services and tracking student progress
• Providing consultation and support to teachers and families
• Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating for student success
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment
