What you bring to the table:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY status
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and identifying students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Creating tailored therapy plans and setting measurable goals for student progress
- Providing direct and group services in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and progress reports, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements
- Consulting and providing resources to staff and parents to support carry-over of skills
