Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current MA state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
• School-based experience desirable
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct intervention and therapy in group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
