Job Description

Make a direct impact on student success as an onsite Speech Language Pathologist serving an elementary caseload near Fountain Inn, SC. This contract opportunity offers the chance to support approximately 45 young learners each week, helping them unlock their full communication potential.

Youll provide a vital service in the school community, working 35-40 hours per week to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs. Whether youre fully certified or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year, your expertise will help shape students academic outcomes and personal growth.

Qualifications:

  • Valid South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA Certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology), or eligibility for Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
  • Experience or interest in pediatric populations in school settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in line with IEP goals and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate progress
  • Maintain timely and detailed documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
