Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations desired
  • Understanding of IEP process, documentation, and data collection
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to serve diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Participate as an active member of multidisciplinary IEP teams, contributing to goal development and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation according to school and regulatory standards
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
