Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Ability to tailor therapy plans to meet individual student needs and goals
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
• Provide direct therapy services to address a range of communication disorders
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
• Serve as a resource for teachers and parents, helping to create language-enriching environments
