Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active and valid state licensure as an SLP
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Compassionate approach with a commitment to student progress
Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address student needs
Deliver direct and consultative therapy in group and individual sessions
Collect data and maintain accurate documentation in line with district and federal guidelines
Communicate progress and collaborate with families and educational staff
Participate in IEP meetings and support the success of the student as part of a team
