Job Description

What Were Seeking:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license (Texas state or eligible for reciprocity)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, strong CFs considered
  • Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is highly desirable
  • Proficient in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering both direct and consultative services
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Adaptable, collaborative mindset and a passion for positively impacting young learners

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students across elementary to high school levels
  • Develop personalized IEP goals and provide evidence-based therapy to support student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster effective communication solutions in classroom settings
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports per state and district requirements
  • Provide support, strategies, and resources to educators and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development
