Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of IEP process, goal setting, and progress monitoring
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations across a variety of ages and needs

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families for student success
• Develop individualized education plans and document student progress
• Maintain accurate records consistent with applicable laws and school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate treatment plans effectively
• Support inclusive practices and consult with staff on classroom accommodations as needed
