Job Description

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position at an elementary school in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized speech therapy services to elementary-aged students in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications:

Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
Ability to deliver effective speech therapy services within a school environment

Job Details:

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
Position Type: Contract (CSY - Calendar School Year)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Work Days: 5 days per week
Age Group: Elementary students

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations for students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
Document and track student progress in compliance with school policies and state regulations
Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as required
