Job Description

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position at an elementary school in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized speech therapy services to elementary-aged students in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred

Job Details:

  • Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
  • Position Type: Contract (CSY - Calendar School Year)
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Work Days: 5 days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Document and track student progress in compliance with school policies and state regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as required
