Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in Indiana
- Prior experience providing speech therapy within a school or pediatric setting
- Strong knowledge of best practices in SLP for students across all grade levels
- Collaborative mindset to partner with educators, families, and special education teams
- Comfortable managing caseloads and documentation efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school grades
- Track progress, adjust interventions, and maintain detailed records in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Serve as a resource for teachers and families, offering strategies to support students both in and out of the classroom
- Attend meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams as needed
