Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure in North Dakota
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • School-based or pediatric experience highly desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and related services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students needs
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using best practices
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support student success in the classroom
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state standards
  • Communicate regularly with families and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
