Qualifications:
- Current and valid Texas SLP license required
- Accepting both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
- Experience or strong desire to work in a school setting with elementary-aged children
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessment, intervention, and therapy to elementary students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' communication and educational needs
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data collection
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
- Support inclusion and help ensure access to curriculum through tailored therapy
