Make a difference each day supporting children and families as an Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist on a long-term, full-time W2 contract. In this impactful role, youll work closely with young learners and their caregivers, utilizing your clinical expertise to help them overcome communication challenges and reach developmental milestones. Services are provided both in-person and via teletherapy, offering variety, flexibility, and the chance to deliver care through innovative platforms.
Your background in school settings, healthcare, pediatrics, and early intervention will enable you to design individualized treatment plans that drive measurable growth. Whether youre an SLP-CCC or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your dedication to student progress and evidence-based practice will empower families with tools and strategies for ongoing success.
What you bring:
- Current SLP licensure
- Experience in schools, healthcare, pediatrics, or teletherapy (including CFY candidates)
- Enthusiasm for early intervention and supporting children ages birth to five
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families and educational team members
- Comfort with technology and virtual service delivery platforms
- Commitment to culturally responsive and family-centered care
What youll do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish individualized goals in partnership with families
- Deliver direct therapy, both in person and through teletherapy, to support speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and community resources to support holistic student development
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of services provided
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
