Job Description

We're seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support school-based caseloads in communities near Palm City and Stuart, FL. Whether youre a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), there are immediate opportunities for you to make a difference.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Youll collaborate within a supportive and resource-rich environment, delivering high-quality speech and language services tailored to diverse student populations. Ongoing mentorship is available for CFs, and SLPs with school or pediatric backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.

What Were Looking For:

  • Valid Florida SLP license and appropriate school credentials
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with children, educators, and families
  • Passion for empowering students to reach their full potential

What You'll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Adapt strategies to serve diverse caseloads and learning environments
