Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current and valid Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical skills and a passion for pediatrics are welcomed
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Comfort working with diverse student populations and varying caseload sizes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments and interpret results for educational planning
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students' unique speech and language needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights for goal setting and progress tracking
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to deliver service and promote student success
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports in compliance with district and state regulations
• Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting methodologies for in-person and virtual models as needed
