Key Skills & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible SLP licensure in Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, though not required
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to promoting a positive, inclusive educational atmosphere

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Deliver therapy sessionsindividually or in groupsadapting techniques to foster each students success
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with educators to support curriculum and ensure student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing expertise and contributing to student support plans
• Provide resources and guidance to families and staff to aid communication development
