Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome
• Prior experience providing speech therapy in a school or pediatric setting is highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on students unique needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities
