• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Florida
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Passion for working with children and supporting their academic and social development

What youll do:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication challenges through standardized tools and informal measures
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address students unique needs and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapeutic services in group and one-on-one settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions regarding student progress and support strategies
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate results with parents and staff
• Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families, supporting carryover of communication strategies in the classroom and at home
