Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for helping children succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, individually or in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Offer guidance and support to educators and parents for carryover strategies
