Were seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work on a contract basis in a school-based setting. Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Florida SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates considered
• Previous school experience or interest in working with pediatric populations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Knowledge of IEP process and compliance requirements is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy to students individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings, write reports, and maintain detailed records
• Communicate progress to families and provide strategies for continued support at home
• Stay current with best practices in the field of speech-language pathology
