Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates will also be considered
• Previous school-based experience or working with pediatric populations is a plus
• Skilled in administering assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to partner with students, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapy sessions
• Deliver direct and consultative services to support students growth in a range of communication areas
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and service delivery
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff
• Provide training and resources to staff and family members regarding strategies to improve communication skills
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet each students unique needs and support a positive learning environment
