A rewarding opportunity is available for six licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential speech therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This travel position offers the chance to work within diverse school settings, supporting student communication development while enjoying the vibrant environment of South Florida.
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech and language disorders, collaborating with educators and families, and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs. Candidates must hold a valid Florida SLP license and demonstrate experience working with K-12 populations.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology for K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to manage therapy caseloads and documentation efficiently
Position Details:
- Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Travel role)
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Client group: Students ages K-12
