Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY considered)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, though not required
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Familiarity with a variety of communication disorders and best-practice intervention strategies

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
• Develop treatment plans addressing students unique communication challenges
• Deliver direct therapy services to students individually or in groups
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and comply with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input for student goal-setting and progress monitoring
• Offer staff training and support to build overall communication-friendly school environments
