Job Description

A speech-language pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position in a school setting located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role involves providing specialized speech and language services to students, supporting their communication development and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student growth
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and related documentation
