Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Experience working in K-12 schools is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Professional, collaborative approach with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement personalized speech-language therapy interventions
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
• Monitor and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise in multidisciplinary team settings
• Provide education on communication strategies to staff and caregivers as needed
