Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Georgia SLP license (required for onsite)
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Serve as a valuable resource to school staff for speech and language concerns
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
