Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Current Georgia SLP License required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates accepted
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills supporting children, families, and school staff
  • Organization and time management skills suited to managing multiple students and schedules

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students, adapting interventions to individual needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and families, to support student progress and goals
  • Participate actively in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) meetings, contributing expertise on communication development
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain up-to-date licensure and best practices
