Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current, valid SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team assessments
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and professional regulations
- Offer consultation and resources to educators regarding classroom strategies
- Support generalization of skills across educational settings for optimal student progress
