Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CF)
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive, student-focused therapy practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement interventions and monitor progress

- Deliver both one-on-one and small group therapy sessions in accordance with student goals
- Maintain accurate case records and compliance with all state and district policies
