Qualifications:
- Valid California CTC Credential or current California SLP license
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapy for diverse student populations and collaborate with educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services for K-12 students
- Evaluate communication disorders and develop evidence-based intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students academic and social success
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with IEP and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams to contribute expertise and recommendations
