Key Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CF candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings highly valued
• Knowledge of IEP development, assessments, and delivery of a wide range of therapy services
• Passion for working with elementary through high school students with mild to severe disabilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full-time caseload at school sites near Fontana, CA, serving either elementary or high school students (including eAcademy)
• Perform speech/language assessments, facilitate IEP meetings, and maintain required documentation
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers to support each students unique communication needs
• Offer direct speech and language therapy
• Participate in Individualized Student Teams (ISTs) and contribute to strategic educational planning
• Provide in-person, on-site services (virtual services are not an option for this role)
