Key Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CF candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings highly valued
- Knowledge of IEP development, assessments, and delivery of a wide range of therapy services
- Passion for working with elementary through high school students with mild to severe disabilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full-time caseload at school sites near Fontana, CA, serving either elementary or high school students (including eAcademy)
- Perform speech/language assessments, facilitate IEP meetings, and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers to support each students unique communication needs
- Offer direct speech and language therapy
- Participate in Individualized Student Teams (ISTs) and contribute to strategic educational planning
- Provide in-person, on-site services (virtual services are not an option for this role)
