Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support academic success
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
