Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support academic success
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
