Qualifications:
- Current and valid Massachusetts SLP license
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience with K-12 populations beneficial
- Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient documentation and case management abilities

Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other support staff
- Track and document progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Consult with classroom teachers and families to support language and communication goals in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications
- Stay current with best practices and innovative techniques in speech therapy
