Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs across K-12 grade levels
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech and language needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and educational teams
• Document student performance and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Support students in developing functional communication skills for academic and social success
