Desired Skills & Experience:

• Hold a current and valid Massachusetts SLP license
• Experience in a school setting with K-12 populations preferred, but new graduates are welcomed
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
• Comfortable conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and progress monitoring
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored intervention plans targeting each students unique needs
• Document session notes, progress reports, and maintain required records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to support students IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Offer support and resources to classroom teachers regarding speech and language strategies
