• Providing tailored speech and language therapy to K-5 students
• Conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Working closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
• Tracking and documenting student growth and outcomes
• Participating in team meetings and professional development sessions
• Supporting student success and fostering a positive learning environment

To thrive in this role, youll need:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting
• Excellent communication skills to interact with students, staff, and parents
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team

This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, but flexible part-time schedules can be considered for the right candidate.
