Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory
• Experience in school-based settings with early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Effective collaboration skills with educators, administrators, and families
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative SLP services aligned with student needs
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning discussions
• Serve students across multiple school levels as assigned
