Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an onsite Speech Language Pathologist, supporting K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment. This assignment for the 2026-27 school year (8/17 - 6/11) offers the chance to make a true impact while collaborating with educators, families, and support teams. Multiple positions are available, and both experienced SLPs (CCC) and strong CFYs are welcome to apply. If you have a supervisor in place, that's a plus!

You'll provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs, working one-on-one and in groups. Your expertise will help shape individualized goals, contribute meaningfully to IEP/MET meetings, and guide classroom integration of speech and language strategies. You'll serve as a resource for staff, lead professional development, and ensure students receive the right supportwhether through hands-on therapy, evaluations, or guidance for AAC systems. Collaboration is at the heart of this role; you'll partner with multidisciplinary teams, refer students for additional services as needed, and travel between school sites to reach those who need you most.

Key qualifications:

• Active (or pending) Michigan SLP licensure; if licensure is pending, provide proof of completed application.
• ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CFY candidates considered, especially with an established supervisor.
• Graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology; official university transcripts required.
• Experience or interest in serving urban communities, including responding to interview questions about the challenges urban students and families face.
• Comfortable working onsite and traveling between buildings.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
