Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
- Proficiency conducting assessments, developing targeted therapy plans, and navigating IEP processes
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools
- Maintain thorough documentation of therapeutic interventions, progress reports, and compliance requirements
- Consult with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
