Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
• Proficiency conducting assessments, developing targeted therapy plans, and navigating IEP processes

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapeutic interventions, progress reports, and compliance requirements
• Consult with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
