A full-time and part-time opportunity is available for an in-person role, offering the chance to work closely with dedicated educators and families. Qualifications and Skills:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs); supervision available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEP goals
- Administer assessments to identify communication strengths and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements
