Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs); supervision available

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEP goals
• Administer assessments to identify communication strengths and needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements
