School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Ferrysburg, MI 49409
Position Type: Full-Time | August - October
We are actively seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a dynamic school district in the Ferrysburg area in a full- time or part-time capacity from August until October. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative special education team in a early childhood and elementary setting.
What Youll Do:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
What You Bring:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive, student-centered mindset
