We're seeking an engaging and resourceful Speech-Language Pathologist to work with elementary students in grades K-5 for the remainder of the school year. This is an in-person position, offering the opportunity to connect directly with students and staff, and provide hands-on support in their educational journey.

What we're looking for:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children (grades K-5)
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Effective collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to a school environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain clear and organized documentation in line with school and state requirements
- Communicate progress and strategies to families and educators
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative student support planning
