What we're looking for:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children (grades K-5)
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Effective collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and other school professionals
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to a school environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Maintain clear and organized documentation in line with school and state requirements
• Communicate progress and strategies to families and educators
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative student support planning
