Your days will be filled with purposeful workassessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and bring tailored interventions to life, helping each student unlock their full potential.
Ideal candidates will have:
Active Massachusetts SLP licensure.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility.
Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred.
Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Your key responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and assessments for compliance.
Consult regularly with educators, parents, and related service providers to integrate therapeutic strategies.
Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing student support initiatives.
