Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and deliver individualized intervention plans for students
• Support IEP planning, documentation, and meetings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor progress
• Provide direct therapy both individually and in groups
• Maintain accurate records of services and outcomes
• Participate in school-wide initiatives to enhance student communication skills
