Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and deliver individualized intervention plans for students
- Support IEP planning, documentation, and meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor progress
- Provide direct therapy both individually and in groups
- Maintain accurate records of services and outcomes
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to enhance student communication skills
