Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts.
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Comfort working with diverse student populations across K-12 grades.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to write clear, effective reports and contribute to IEP meetings.
• Passion for supporting and advocating for students' growth and success.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and support students with communication, language, speech, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each student on your caseload.
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings, data tracking, and compliance documentation.
• Provide both direct services and consultative support in classroom and pull-out settings.
• Maintain thorough records and track student progress toward goals.
