Exciting new contract opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists in Western Washington, serving a diverse student population from preschool through high school. Immediate interviews are being scheduled with a fast-track decision processideal for SLP professionals ready to make an impact in the upcoming school year. This role is full-time (37.5 hours per week), working on-site across multiple school sites with caseloads that do not exceed 50 students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication evaluations for students (PreK12th)
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Delivering direct and indirect therapy services in areas such as articulation, language, voice, fluency, and social communication
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation for IEPs, Medicaid billing, and progress reports while ensuring compliance with IDEA, WAC, and district standards
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, administrators, other therapists, and families
- Offering professional development and resources to support staff with inclusive practices and classroom accommodations
- Managing schedules, therapy, reevaluations, and meetings efficiently across assigned schools
- Adapting to serve a changing age group caseload as needed following interview discussions
Ideal candidates will have:
- A valid Washington SLP license
- ESA certification (Educational Staff Associate)
- Experience or strong interest in the school setting (new graduates and CFYs encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

- Panel-format interviews are held via Zoom, with prompt feedback and onboarding for selected candidates
- Fingerprinting is required prior to starting
