Step into an exciting full-time opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting approximately 45 students with diverse speech and language needs. This onsite contract position offers the chance to make a tangible impact in an educational setting, working both one-on-one and in group therapy environments. Lead students through individualized support, comprehensive evaluations, and developmentally appropriate interventions, all while collaborating closely with other professionals and families during IEP meetings.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current IL SSW License required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, student assessments, and progress documentation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized speech and language therapy, both individually and within groups
• Conduct thorough student assessments and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and update IEP goals, participate in meetings, and actively engage with staff and families
• Maintain detailed records and comply with all school and legal requirements
• Consult with teachers and other professionals for collaborative student care
