Qualifications:

  • Active NC SLP license (or eligibility to obtain by early summer)
  • ASHA CCC certification required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Expertise across elementary, middle, and/or high school caseloads a plus
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to K12 students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a diverse range of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress monitoring
