Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a vital member supporting students' growth and communication skills in a dynamic school environment near Fayetteville, NC. We're seeking experienced and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs), as well as SLP Assistants (SLPAs), for contract roles beginning August 10, 2026 and running through May 21, 2027. Enjoy dedicating your expertise in a collaborative elementary school setting while working full-time (37.5 hours per week), strictly onsite.

Preferred Background & Qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina SLP license required
  • Previous experience in school-based speech-language services is highly recommended
  • Certification: CCC-SLPs, Clinical Fellows, and SLPAs welcome
  • Skilled in assessment, intervention, and documentation in an educational setting
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and educational teams
  • Commitment to supporting diverse students' communication needs

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering direct and consultative speech-language services to students onsite
  • Conducting thorough evaluations and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Providing intervention and progress updates for students with speech and language challenges
  • Collaborating with educational staff and families to maximize student growth
  • Maintaining accurate, timely student records and compliance with district/state standards
