Job Description

Make a difference in students lives as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting K-12 learners in a contract role for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity allows you to collaborate directly with educators and students, helping every child reach their communication goals in an engaging school environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, active North Carolina SLP license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage varied K-12 caseloads
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to onsite servicesremote/VOCO not permitted

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-12 students
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
  • Maintain thorough records of assessments, treatments, and outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews as needed
